• No Custody: You acknowledge that you are in sole control of your private keys. We cannot “freeze” or “recover” your funds because we never hold them.
• Risk Disclosure: Trading digital assets involves significant risk. Prices are volatile. You should only trade what you can afford to lose.
• Forensics Disclaimer: The “Nexus Forensic Search” tool provides informational verdicts based on third-party data. A “Safe” verdict is not a legal guarantee of fund purity.
• Fees: Our interface includes a small service fee (typically 0.5%) within the swap rate provided by our partners.
• Jurisdiction: You agree not to use this site if you are in a prohibited jurisdiction (e.g., North Korea, Iran, or other sanctioned regions).
