Welcome to CoinBrokerage.io (“we,” “us,” or “our”). By accessing or using our website and services, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions (“Terms”). If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use our services.

1. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old and have the legal capacity to enter into contracts to use our services. By registering, you represent that you meet these requirements and that all information provided is accurate and complete.

2. Account Registration

To use our services, you must create an account by providing a valid email address and completing our Know Your Customer (KYC) verification process. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account.

3. Services Provided

CoinBrokerage.io facilitates the purchase and sale of cryptocurrencies, including but not limited to Bitcoin (BTC), Ethereum (ETH), USDC, USDT, Solana (SOL), XRP, Dogecoin (DOGE), and Shiba Inu (SHIBA). We act as a brokerage, matching buyers with liquidity providers and delivering cryptocurrency to your designated wallet upon successful payment.

4. Fees and Pricing

  • Our fees are tiered based on the purchase amount: 2.5% for orders up to $1,000, scaling down to 0.65% (Bank Wire/Crypto) or 0.8% (Credit Card) for orders above $100,000. Fees are added on top of the purchase amount.
  • Prices include a 10% markup on BTC, ETH, SOL, XRP, DOGE, and SHIBA, and a 1% markup on USDC and USDT.
  • All fees and markups are displayed in your order confirmation before you submit your purchase.

5. Risks of Cryptocurrency Transactions

Cryptocurrency transactions are irreversible and carry significant risks, including price volatility, regulatory changes, and potential loss of funds due to hacking or fraud. You acknowledge and accept these risks when using our services.

6. Return and Refund Policy

Due to the nature of cryptocurrency transactions, we have specific policies regarding cancellations, returns, and refunds.

  • Cancellations: You may cancel an order only if it is in “Pending” status and no payment details have been provided. To cancel, use the “Cancel Order” button in your user dashboard. Once payment details are provided or the order status changes to “Processing,” cancellations are no longer possible.
  • Returns: Cryptocurrency transactions are irreversible once delivered to your designated wallet address. We do not accept returns of cryptocurrency unless required by applicable law.
  • Refunds:
    • Refunds are only issued in the following cases:
      • Failed Delivery: If we fail to deliver the cryptocurrency to your wallet due to an error on our part (e.g., incorrect wallet address provided by us), we will refund the full purchase amount, excluding any payment processing fees.
      • Regulatory Requirement: If a refund is required by law, we will process it in accordance with applicable regulations.
    • Refund Process: To request a refund, contact us at support@coinbrokerage.io with your order number and details of the issue. Refunds, if approved, are processed within 5–7 business days to the original payment method. The refund amount will not include payment processing fees or original transaction fees charged by third-party providers (e.g., credit card fees, blockchain gas fees).
    • Non-Refundable Cases: We do not offer refunds for buyer’s remorse, price volatility, or user errors (e.g., providing an incorrect wallet address). It is your responsibility to ensure the wallet address provided is accurate and accessible.
  • Conditions: All refund requests must be submitted within 14 days of the transaction date. We reserve the right to deny refunds if the issue is due to user error or if the request does not meet the conditions outlined above.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, CoinBrokerage.io shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, or cryptocurrency due to market fluctuations or security breaches.

8. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Wyoming, USA, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising under these Terms shall be resolved in the courts of Wyoming.
