1. How do I create and activate an account?
To start trading with Coinbrokerage:
- Visit the registration page and enter your username, email, password (minimum 8 characters), and account type (Individual or Business). Optionally, include a referral code to join our referral program.
- Check your email for an activation link from info@complychainsolutions.com. Click the link to activate your account.
- Log in and enable Two-Factor Authentication (2FA) on your dashboard for added security.
You must activate your account before submitting KYC or placing orders.
2. Why is KYC verification required?
KYC (Know Your Customer) verification is mandatory to comply with global Anti-Money Laundering (AML) and Counter-Terrorism Financing (CTF) regulations. It ensures a secure trading environment by verifying your identity and source of funds. You need approved KYC to place orders on Coinbrokerage.
3. What documents are needed for KYC?
For Individual accounts:
- Government-issued ID (e.g., passport, driver’s license).
- Proof of address (e.g., utility bill, bank statement).
- A selfie holding your ID.
For Business accounts, include the above plus:
- Business details (name, address, registration number, industry, shareholders, expected volume).
Submit these via the KYC verification form. Our team reviews submissions within 1-2 business days.
4. What if my KYC submission is rejected?

5. What payment methods are available?
Coinbrokerage supports three payment methods for buying cryptocurrencies:
- Bank Wire Transfer: Accepts USD, EUR, CAD; $100–$250,000 limits; 3% fee; 1–3 business days processing.
- Cryptocurrency (USDC/USDT): Accepts USDC, USDT (ERC20, TRC20); $100–$250,000 limits; 2% fee; within 12 hours processing.
- Credit/Debit Card: Accepts all major currencies; $50–$10,000 limits; 4.5% fee; 1–4 business days processing.

6. How do I place an order and track its status?
To place an order:
- Ensure your KYC is approved.
- Go to the buy request page.
- Use the calculator to estimate your cryptocurrency amount (minimum $50 USD).
- Select a cryptocurrency (BTC, ETH, USDC, USDT), enter the USD amount, provide a wallet address, choose a payment method, and submit.
- Await review (1-2 business days) and follow emailed payment instructions.
Track your order status (Pending, Complete, Rejected, or Requires Further Information) on your dashboard. Check your wallet periodically to confirm receipt.
7. Can I cancel an order?
Yes, you can cancel a pending order before payment details are provided. On your dashboard, locate the order in the “Recent Orders” section and click “Cancel.” You’ll receive a confirmation email. No fees apply for cancellations.
8. What are the fees for transactions?
Fees are applied to the USD amount before conversion to cryptocurrency:
- Bank Wire Transfer: 3%
- Cryptocurrency (USDC/USDT): 2%
- Credit/Debit Card: 4.5%

9. What is the minimum order amount?
The minimum order amount is $50 USD, as enforced by the buy request calculator. Orders below this will not be processed.
10. How does the referral program work?
Our referral program lets you earn a 1% commission on the first order of every user you refer. After registering, you’ll receive a unique referral code on your dashboard. Share it with friends, and when they register and place their first order, your commission is credited to your referral balance, visible on your dashboard.
11. How secure is Coinbrokerage?

- Bank Wire Transfer: 1–3 business days.
- Credit/Debit Card: 1–4 business days.
